mama eat mamo = mummy eats/is eating mango
mo fy - ky! = no fly (it can't fly) - cae! (fall/ it falls). We were looking at the pictures of different types of birds in one of her books and I pointed out to her that the ostrich and the kiwi can't fly. She was very excited about showing me what would happen if they tried to fly - cae!
keem sun = sun cream
Daddy bing ice! = daddy bring ice
Daddy hone soon! = daddy home soon (Emma often says this in the afternoon/evening and looks forward to her daddy coming home.
too high! =. When she was trying to reach something on the desk and couldn't.
mama maato si, Emma maato mo = Mummy tomato yes, Emma tomato no (I was eating tomato and she didn't want any!)
Emma too!/ Mama too!/ Daddy too! = This is a new phrase, very inclusive! I was eating a biscuit and she said "Emma too", not wanting to be left out where biscuits are concerned!
My Quote of the Week is one that I fell in love with as soon as I read it and it really fits in with what I believe.
